SPECIFICATIONS FOR PELLETIZE :
| Rotor | Made from Alloy Steel with surface finish Side Parts : Side Parts made from M.S.Plate and Bolted to the Pelletize strand. The side parts housing and the bearing of the door shaft also the feed and guide roll unit the rotor shaft mounted grease caps |
| Rotor Blades | The rotor blades are having hardness and matched to give all way across their faces in all fixed knives |
| Fixed Blade | Same as rotor blades |
| Guide Roll | The guide roll is made from Alloy steel and spring tension loaded for gripping the strands under uniform pressure. The guide roll is mounted on ball bearings |
| Feed Roll | Feed roll are made from Alloy steel on ball bearings and drives in conjunction with the rotor |
| Varispeed Drive | A self contained Varispeed belt drives mounted on the base of the Pelletize strand |
